They're skipping over the benefits! Sure chia can be a cute crunch or garnish, but the fiber, omega-3 oil and calcium benefits are being overlooked in the paper. Dates are sticky because they are sweet, but chia can be sticky because it has soluble fiber, the prebiotic that's good for you too.
