Last weekends Brisket & Ribs Masters Class at Code 1 BBQ was a success. Our students learned a ton from meat grading & selection, trimming, seasoning, fire management, cooking times & temps, proper hot holding methods, slicing, and everything in between. Sean and I had a blast and canโ€™t wait to do it again. DM us if you are interesting in putting your name on the waiting list for our next class.
