Wok on Wheels: Globally Inspired, Locally Loved - Taste the Wok! Wok on Wheels, we’re bringing the bold flavors of Korean BBQ and Japanese comfort food to Baldwin County and beyond. Founded by husband-and-wife team, our truck blends Miyuki’s 20+ years of culinary experience with Sammie’s creative drive to build something special for the community. We started AteUp! with a simple vision: share the

dishes we love most — sizzling bulgogi, savory japchae noodles, crispy mandu, warming Japanese curry, and fresh, vibrant banchan — in a way that’s fun, approachable, and unforgettable. Whether it’s a neighborhood block, school event, local festival, or private catering, our mission is the same: feed people well, make connections, and celebrate culture through food. From our rotating “Snack Attacks” like Korean and Japanese dumplings, to signature plates and bowls piled high with your choice of protein, rice, and sides, our menu is designed to be both comforting and exciting. We also feature limited-run specials — ramen bowls, hot pots, and wok’d breakfasts — because food should be an adventure. Rooted in Baldwin County, we’re proud to partner with local organizations, schools, and businesses. We believe in supporting our neighbors, uplifting other small businesses, and giving back whenever we can. Every dish that leaves our window is made with care, family values, and a whole lot of hustle. So whether you’re catching us at a festival, preordering for your office, or booking us for a special event, we invite you to Catch Our Truck, Catch Our Menu, and Get AteUp!

💛 A QUICK THANK YOU & A LITTLE UPDATE 💛

First, we just want to say THANK YOU.

Over the last few days, we've received so many messages asking where we'll be popping up next. To be honest, seeing those messages never gets old. The fact that people are actively looking for our truck, our food, and our schedule means more to us than words can express.

As many of you know, we typically post and pin our weekly schedule every Tuesday. Since our schedule wrapped up today, we wanted to let everyone know that we'll be taking a short break through Tuesday for some family time, birthday celebrations, and a little much-needed downtime.

Running a food truck is one of the most rewarding things we've ever done, but it can also be nonstop. This short pause will give us a chance to recharge, spend time with family and long time friends, and come back ready to serve you even better.

We'll be back next week and will post our new schedule on Tuesday as usual.

Until then, thank you for every order, every recommendation, every review, every share, every message, and every bit of support you've shown us. We truly have the best followers and customers anyone could ask for.

We'll miss you for a few days, but we'll be back before you know it.

Enjoy your week, stay safe, and we'll see you soon! 💛

💛🙌 THANK YOU, Not Your Average Joe 🙌💛

We wanted to take a moment to thank Not Your Average Joe for stopping by our truck during the Mobile Museum of Art Food Truck Festival and taking the time to share their experience.

As food truck owners, we know how busy event days can be. Between prep, service, and taking care of customers, there never seems to be enough hours in the day. That's why it means so much when fellow vendors make time to support another small business.

The Mobile Museum of Art festival was an incredible day for us. The turnout was amazing, the energy was unbelievable, and we were blessed to sell out. To hear positive feedback from people who understand this industry firsthand is truly appreciated.

We are beyond grateful for every kind word, every recommendation, every shared post, and every person who has helped spread the word about AteUp! lately. The support has been overwhelming in the best possible way.

Thank you again, Not Your Average Joe, for stopping by, sharing your experience, and showing us some love. We wish you continued success and look forward to seeing you out there again soon.

One food truck supporting another is always a beautiful thing. 💛🚚

💛🚚 FOOD TRUCK LOVE IS REAL 🚚💛

One of the absolute best parts of being in this industry is getting to meet and support other amazing food vendors along the way.

A huge thank you to Louis-Bama Cajun Cuisine for stopping by and catching our flavors at the Mobile Museum of Art Food Truck Festival! It means so much when fellow food professionals take time out to support us, and hearing such kind compliments about our food was incredibly humbling.

The energy, support, and encouragement we've received lately has been overwhelming in the best possible way. We are working hard every day to keep up with the demand, and we truly feel the love. 💛

Now let's talk about Louis-Bama for a minute...

Listen... if you ever get the chance to catch them at your neighborhood, business, festival, or event, DO IT

🔥 Their wings are FIRE.
🔥 Their burgers are FIRE.
🔥 And that fish with the Creole sauce over rice?!

WHEW.

Let's just say that meal will have you looking around wondering if somebody else tasted what you just tasted. 😅

That fish and Creole sauce combo is the kind of food that makes you stop talking for a minute and just appreciate life.

But more importantly, we want to recognize something bigger than food.

The highest respect goes to those who support others unconditionally.

As food trucks, we're part of a unique community. We spend long hours together, battle weather together, celebrate wins together, and sometimes learn hard lessons together. In our eyes, we should always be joining forces, whether we serve similar cuisine or completely different cuisine.

If another truck serves something similar to us, we don't see competition—we see an opportunity to create something special. Two great food trucks side by side should be a reason for customers to celebrate, not a reason for division.

That's how we roll.

No matter the color.
No matter the race.
No matter the cuisine.
No matter the concept.

One love. One community. One goal: bringing people together through food.

Not everyone may share that mindset, and that's okay. We'll continue supporting those who support others and cheering for anyone out there chasing their dream.

Because at the end of the day, if we all focus on serving great food, treating people right, and lifting each other up, people will see exactly what we mean.

Community over competition.
Always.

Thank you again for the support, the kind words, and for sharing your flavors with our family. We look forward to crossing paths again soon!

A HUGE thank you to everyone from Mobile County and beyond who came out to support the Mobile Museum of Art Food Truck Festival. To the Mobile Museum of Art — thank you for inviting AteUp! Wok on Wheels to be part of such a wonderful event. We were honored to serve alongside so many talented vendors and food trucks while helping create a memorable day for the community.

To every customer who stood in line, scanned a QR code, ordered from our kiosk, tried Korean BBQ for the first time, grabbed an imported drink, picked up a sweet treat, or simply stopped by to say hello — THANK YOU. Your support means more than you know.

And to our Heavenly Father above, all glory and thanks. 🙏 We prayed for favorable weather, safe travels, and an opportunity to serve. Time and time again, God continues to open doors, provide opportunities, and surround us with incredible people. We are humbled, grateful, and blessed.
