Bear Boar Tuscany Our mission is to promote the "beauty" of Tuscany, Italy and its food by food-centric tours. Why Bear Boar Tuscany? The Bear is on the California flag.

This project originated from two guys from Tuscany, Italy that live now in North California. Roberto and Laura (in Davis) share their passion for cooking 100% authentic Italian food. It is a way to stay connected with their traditions and enjoy what is to be considered the best cuisine in the world! The Wild Boar is an unofficial symbol of Tuscany and is considered one of the most tasty meals in Tuscany's trattorias. Our mission is to promote the "beauty" of Tuscany, Italy and its food heritage by cooking classes/parties, cooking-at-your-place events, and homemade food sharing. This is not our primary job and we do it at a slow pace whenever we have time. It is mostly a project for fun: we enjoy it and we want to share with you what really means seating at a table and having a real Italian meal. Cooking classes are held for now only in Davis, CA. Check this page to see the next cooking class schedule. If you want to host a private cooking party OR cooking event at your place with your friends, this can be scheduled in Davis, Sacramento and Bay area upon our availability. Finally, for people living in Davis area only, Roberto and Laura are running their homemade food share program, whose proceeds are offer-based only and will be partially donated to help many different causes and humanitarian associations.
