🕯️ GHOST STORIES: "The Hidden Leak"

It started in October. A soft trickle behind the wall at night that always stopped the second somebody got up to go listen...

But something WAS down there, working away under the floorboards while the family laughed and played cards...

Because the leaks that get you are never the ones you can see!! 👻

OOH, SPOOKY!!! (As we grow up we learn that this kind of stuff is scarier than any monster)

Okay okay, a real pumpkin spice latte deserves espresso and steamed milk ☕🍂 We know!!

BUT if you're going the pod-and-tap-water route like the rest of us on a Tuesday morning, the water you start with still matters! Cleaner water in the pot means a better cup, and better everything else coming out of your faucet too.

Is one faucet in your home running weakly, while the rest of the house is fine? Check the aerator before assuming the worst: it's the little screened piece at the tip of the faucet, and mineral buildup loves to clog it.

Cover the drain, unscrew it, rinse off the debris, soak it in white vinegar, scrub with an old toothbrush, and screw it back on by hand.

If that doesn't fix it, or if SEVERAL fixtures in your home seem to have low water pressure, that points to something bigger (a valve, a pressure regulator, buildup in the lines), and that is Spartan's department. ☎️ (937) 240-3362
