The final post of DISNEY WEEK highlights a few of the featured bites from EPCOT’s EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!

While this year’s festival has wrapped up, these are some of the snacks that caught my attention. Overall, I wasn’t completely wowed by most of the offerings, but one item definitely stood out: the Seasonal Fruit Parfait with Mango Dole Whip, fresh fruit, and a tangy, spicy chili sauce. The chili sauce took this dessert to another level and made it the clear winner of the day!

The Trio of Dips and Chips featured house-made potato chips paired with three unique dips: whipped feta with candied lemon, caramelized onion dip with caviar, and pimento cheese with pickles. It was a fun option for sharing and offered a nice variety of flavors.

For something sweet, the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with rum caramel sauce was rich, satisfying, and perfectly portioned. The Beef Tenderloin Tips, served with mushroom bordelaise and whipped potatoes, were also a standout, with tender beef and comforting flavors.

One item I didn’t get to try this year was the Tanghulu from the China pavilion—a skewer of strawberries and grapes coated in a crisp candied sugar shell. It received rave reviews from festival-goers and remains high on my list for next time!

From snacks and sweets to savory bites, the Flower & Garden Festival always offers plenty of opportunities to taste your way around EPCOT. 🌸🌼🍓✨

DISNEY WEEK continues with lunch at The Boathouse—because nothing beats waterfront dining at Disney Springs!

Known for its fresh seafood and beautiful views, The Boathouse at Disney Springs offers something for every appetite. Seafood lovers should try the Maine-Style Lobster Roll, featuring chilled Maine lobster tossed in a lemon-chive dressing and served on a toasted, buttery bun with kettle chips.

Not a seafood fan? The Yacht Club sandwich is a delicious alternative, stacked with roasted turkey breast, bacon, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, chipotle honey mayo, and Swiss cheese on multigrain bread. While it typically comes with kettle chips, upgrading to the macaroni and cheese is well worth it—the rich, creamy side is both flavorful and generously portioned.

Great food, waterfront views, and a relaxing atmosphere make The Boathouse a must-visit dining destination at Disney Springs. 🚤🦞✨

DISNEY WEEK continues with a visit to Trattoria al Forno, a charming Italian eatery located along Walt Disney World’s Boardwalk.

Indulge in Italian favorites like the Chicken Parmesan, featuring crispy breaded chicken topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano, provolone, and rustic tomato sauce, or the rich and creamy Truffle Gnocchi with Parmesan and truffle cream. The Red Wine Braised Short Rib, served over creamy polenta and finished with fresh arugula, is another standout entrée packed with flavor.

Be sure to save room for dessert—the perfect ending to a memorable meal. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out at Disney, this Boardwalk favorite delivers a delicious dining experience from start to finish. 🍝🍷✨

Keeping with our DISNEY WEEK theme, cool off during the summer heat at EPCOT with a refreshing drink! Sip on a Mojito from the Morocco Pavilion’s Spice Road Table or head to the Mexico Pavilion’s Choza de Margarita for a Classic, Mango Loco, or Fiesta Margarita—available frozen or on the rocks.

Can’t decide which flavor to try? Order the Fiesta Margarita and enjoy all three in one colorful, flavor-packed drink. Why choose just one when you can have them all? Because drinking around the world is always in order!

The next stop for Disney Week is another Disney Springs favorite: Frontera Cocina, Frontera Cocina serving up bold Mexican flavors and refreshing cocktails.

Start your meal with the Chips and Guacamole, paired with both the Smoky Chipotle Salsa and Herby Salsa. Each brings its own unique flavor profile, and both are absolutely delicious.

For entrées, the Cochinita Pibil Enchiladas are packed with slow-roasted, achiote-marinated pork, black bean refritos, Yucatecan chiltomate sauce, red onions, añejo cheese, and cilantro. The Creamy Chicken Enchiladas Suizas feature a chicken and poblano rajas filling topped with tomatillo cream sauce, queso Chihuahua, sliced red onion, and cilantro. Both dishes are served with house-made corn tortillas and are loaded with flavor. 🌮

No room for dessert? Sip your way through the evening, instead, with a frozen Avocado Margarita, made with tequila, melon-orange liqueur, fresh avocado, and lime juice for a smooth and refreshing treat. 🍹

Feeling adventurous? Try the Play with Fire, crafted with your choice of tequila or mezcal, lime juice, jalapeño-cucumber juice, and finished with a hibiscus salt rim. Despite the name, it’s surprisingly approachable and not overly spicy! 🌶️

☀️ Kicking off summer with… DISNEY WEEK! ☀️

This week, we’ll be featuring some scrumptious snacks (and meals, too!) from Disney Springs, The Boardwalk, and even the Walt Disney World parks!

First up: the iconic Dole Whip from Disney Springs’ Swirls on the Water kiosk. While the classic pineapple flavor is still my favorite, sometimes it’s impossible to choose just one. Why choose one when you can have all three!? That’s where the Dole Whip Flight (officially called the Sampler) comes in!

Flavors rotate seasonally, and yes—you can also enjoy a Dole Whip Float, with or without alcohol. But for me, the classic Dole Whip remains a perfect 10/10. 🍍🍦
