Life Update: thank you all for your warm wishes for our grandpa Luis. We mentioned he suffered a heart attack on 8/25. It required an open heart triple bypass surgery.

After an extended recovery at the hospital, he’s at home recovering slowly. The doctors tell us it’s at least a 6-8 month recovery time as his body and heart gets stronger.

As he continues in this long journey, our family has been brainstorming on ways we can help from afar. We’ve created a salsa fundraiser as a way to raise funds for his care and recovery.

You can choose to keep the salsa or donate it and we’ll get it to local families in WI.

You may be wondering where we’ve been this week.

Here’s a life update:

On Tuesday, Tuti’s grandpa suffered a massive heart attack. As you can imagine our life has been turned upside down. For now, we won’t be at the farmers market as we’re taking it one day at a time. We’ll provide you an update when we’re back. Please keep her grandpa in your prayers!
