I also made dinner rolls for an event I have, but you know me, I can’t make just one batch of anything… so extras will be at the stand today!!

I ran out of “soft” sourdough bread yesterday… as soon as I seen I was low, I started making more… hopefully I will have more later today… but tomorrow for sure.. sourdough is such a long process 🙂

We have lots of sourdough bread today including sandwich bread, cinnamon swirl, jalapeno, pickle, croissant 🥐 , chocolate chip and of course lots of Artisan (original) 

I noticed that my Artisan loafs seem to be “huge” compared to others I see in the store. Has anyone else noticed this? Should I make them smaller 🙂 lol

I also made more Peanut Butter Puppy chow (muddy buddies) yummmm

And of course have my “normals”

I have had a few requests for End of Year Teacher Appreciation bread orders… so I am baking bread tomorrow for picking up after 3:30pm..

I will have Original Artisan, Italian herb and cheese, sun-dried tomato and mozzarella, pickle, and croissant loafs.

This will be a “pre-order” only… so let’s spoil our Teachers by giving them some yummy bread!!

Have you tried my sourdough Jalapeno Cheddar bread yet?

I know I know.. everyone thinks "HOT" when they think Jalapeno... even me, but I really love this bread. it gives you "flavor" but not "Heat" like you would think.

I am not a person who likes "spice/heat" at all, but this is my favorite sourdough bread. If you are willing to give it a try, I am sure you will like it. :) (not spicey)
