Texas Ridge is a family owned regenerative farm in Deary, Idaho offering pastured pork, beyond-organic grass fed beef, and non-GMO livestock feeds. Texas Ridge cattle and pasture pigs are uniquely bred and selected for flavor, and lovingly raised and finished on pasture as an essential component of our regenerative program. Texas Ridge custom blended bulk livestock feeds are produced from non-GMO

locally-grown grains and legumes, and optimized for performance through real-life use in our own animals. Also ask us about our ADGA Registered Nubian dairy goats and working Livestock Guardian Dogs.

Our bull "Hunk" is missing. Last seen on our farm Drury Rd x Harris Rd in Deary on Sunday night 5/31. The cows broke out at 9:00 PM and a neighbor chased them home. We corralled them in the forest in the dark and when we did the head count the next morning, Hunk was missing. He's a slow moving mellow guy; not scary or dangerous. Please call if you see him. 2️⃣0️⃣8️⃣ -8️⃣2️⃣7️⃣- 3️⃣3️⃣6️⃣6️⃣ Brand Inspector has also been notified.

Moved this group of ladies and their piglets into a paddock of regrown barley and peas from last year’s cover crops. Even though those are the same two ingredients in the feed we make, everyone still loves filling their bellies with TR Brand Feeds swine feed. Our grower mix is perfect for fast growing piggies and nursing sows.

Pasture piglets everywhere! 🐷
Our new boar Neil Diamond did his job, siring almost 40 piglets so far, and were excited to see his offspring develop. Baby animals are the very best part of this job. 🥰❤️

Watching the Texas Ridge guardian dog pups’ instincts develop is so fun. Now full time on patrol with their mom in the goat paddock, they are learning the subtleties of guarding goats, including threat identification. It’s so great that they get to learn directly from their mom, who is a skilled guardian. Anyone who ends up with one of these remaining pups will totally luck out with all of the extra training and experience they’re gaining on our farm. Coho is still available!
