Turns out, a lot goes into opening a store. 🥵 But by the grace of God, we’ll be open this Saturday, ready to welcome everyone into a store filled with love, even if it’s not completely filled with products. Just know that each time you visit, there will be more to see and enjoy!

Oh, and let me know if you have products to add. We’re actively seeking growers, farmers, ranchers and crafters with quality local products to sell.

Stop by and say hi on Saturday Aug 1st! We’ll be open all day.

While I'm super excited about the GRAND OPENING of our new store, The New Deary Mercantile this SATURDAY, AUG. 1st, I'm pretty embarrassed about this stupid post. I'm not sure what Facebook was trying to do adding the same video side by side, but here we are. 😳 Anyway, if you're brave enough to share it too, please spread the news to everyone you know. We can't wait to see you Saturday!

6/8 UPDATE: Hunk is back in with his herd! Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes. This is the best case scenario and we're super grateful!

UPDATE: Hunk has been located but is still at large. We're working on ways to entice him back into the pasture with his ladies, as he is acting very skittish and wanting to stay hidden in the dark timber. Thank you to everyone who helped spread the word. We're grateful he's alive and well.

Our bull "Hunk" is missing. Last seen on our farm Drury Rd x Harris Rd in Deary on Sunday night 5/31. The cows broke out at 9:00 PM and a neighbor chased them home. We corralled them in the forest in the dark and when we did the head count the next morning, Hunk was missing. He's a slow moving mellow guy; not scary or dangerous. Please call if you see him. 2️⃣0️⃣8️⃣ -8️⃣2️⃣7️⃣- 3️⃣3️⃣6️⃣6️⃣ Brand Inspector has also been notified.
