🍂 THIS WEEK AT HOOT & ANNIE’S 🍂

Fall has officially made its way into the bakery, and we’re leaning ALL the way in! 🍎🖤

Everything is naturally leavened, made from scratch, slow-fermented, and baked wild with love.

🥖 THE BREADS

Plain Jane — Our classic naturally leavened sourdough. Simple, chewy, tangy, crusty perfection. The loaf that started it all.

This Ain’t Texas — Big, bold and unapologetically flavorful. A sweet/savory loaf with enough personality to make Plain Jane jealous. Sweet honey and salty butter. 🤤

Bacon Truffle Gouda — Smoky bacon, rich truffle and creamy gouda baked into our naturally leavened sourdough. Basically, your sandwich just got promoted.

Olive + Za’atar — Briny olives, fragrant za’atar and that gorgeous sourdough chew. Savory, herby and ridiculously good with a little olive oil.

Roasted Potato — Tender roasted potatoes baked right into our sourdough for an ultra-soft crumb and crispy, golden crust. Rustic comfort food in loaf form.

Jalapeño Business Focaccia — Pillowy, olive-oil-rich focaccia with a little jalapeño heat. Crispy edges, fluffy middle, BIG flavor.

🍰 LITTLE SOMETHINGS SWEET

Traditional Sweet Rolls — Soft, buttery, naturally leavened rolls swirled with cinnamon sugar and baked until golden. Classic for a reason.

Almond Rolls — Buttery, tender sweet dough wrapped around rich almond goodness and baked until golden. For the almond lovers. 🤎

Pumpkin Gooey Cake — A buttery, soft pumpkin base topped with a rich, gooey pumpkin filling and all the warm spices of fall. Think pumpkin pie met a gooey butter cake and they decided to become best friends.

Brown Butter Spiced Apple Crumble Cake — Brown butter, warmly spiced apples and a buttery crumble topping over a tender cake. It tastes like somebody turned a crisp October morning into dessert. 🍎

Cranberry Walnut Crookies — Buttery, flaky croissant dough meets a chunky cookie loaded with tart cranberries and toasted walnuts. Crisp, chewy, nutty and just sweet enough.

🍪 BIG POPPA COOKIES

Chai Sugar — A soft, chewy chai-spiced cookie coated in sparkling sugar. Warm cinnamon, cardamom and all those cozy chai flavors in every bite.

Peanut Butter Cheese Cracker — Peanut butter cookie dough loaded with honey-roasted peanuts, peanut butter chips and our housemade cheese cracker brittle. Sweet. Salty. Crunchy. A little unhinged. Exactly how we like it. 🥜🧀

Chocolate Chip + Toffee — Brown-butter cookie dough packed with milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate and buttery toffee pieces. Crispy edges, gooey center and absolutely no self-control required.

🍪 THIS WEEK’S COOKIE LINEUP

☕ Chai Latte
A chai-spiced cookie base loaded with white chocolate + pumpkin chips, then rolled in sugar for that cozy, crackly finish. Basically your favorite fall latte in cookie form.

🍫 Chocolate Toffee Chip
A rich brown butter cookie packed with milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate + buttery toffee pieces. Deep, caramelized, chocolatey goodness with crispy-to-chewy edges.

🥜 Peanut Butter Cracker
Our peanut butter cookie goes FULL SEND with honey-roasted peanuts, peanut butter chips + our housemade cheese cracker brittle, finished with flaky sea salt. Sweet. Salty. Crunchy. A little unhinged. Exactly how we like it.

🍁 Cranberry Walnut Crookie
Our maple cookie dough studded with candied walnuts + tart cranberries, stuffed into a buttery, croissant and baked until golden, crisp and gloriously gooey in the middle. Twice baked perfection. We regret nothing.

And yes… these are SOURDOUGH cookies! 🍪
