🦃Hosting this year? Add a fresh pop of color with Thanksgiving Salmon Tartare, the perfect “wow” moment on your holiday spread.

👇 Mini Recipe: Quick Cranberry + Apple Salmon Tartare

- Mix 8 oz diced Kvarøy Arctic salmon with 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tsp lemon juice + pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, toss together 1 finely diced apple, 1 tsp ea. of: five-spice powder, lemon juice, and honey
- Spoon a thin layer of cranberry sauce onto a small plate.
- Top with ¼ cup finely diced five-spiced apple mix, use ring mold if available.
- Add salmon mixture on top and finish with microgreens or frisée, sweet potato sticks, and seared Brussels sprout halves.

A light, bright bite between all the heavy dishes.
