SILVERUDD’S BLUE (SB) BREEDING PAIR:

Chicks are hatched and confidence is up a new line is coming for the 2027 breeding season. With that this fantastic pair from Opry Hill in Montana is ready to find a new roost.

“Blue” is a FANTASTIC generous rooster! Very attentive to his ladies and has eye in the sky constantly. He is a small boy weighing in around 3.5 lbs, I’d describe his as a petite rooster without being a bantam. He is sweet and curious with people with excellent respect for people space yet comfortable enough to get treats from your hand to give to his ladies.

“Blue lady” (blue band) is very petite weighing 2.5 lbs. she’s the only hen I kept in the breeding pen from this group because she laid breed standard sized eggs consistently and about 50% were speckled. She has been a reliable constant producer of breeding eggs.

He is Homozygous tested and together they will produce homozygous BBS chicks. They are the ultimate breeding pair for anyone looking for gorgeous light green eggs with a chance of speckles.

PM if interested in adding them to your flock. Both must go together, willing to include a Sapphire Gem with this breeding pair; it’s up for discussion.

ROOSTER CAMP 2026:

We at Edmonds Eggs are proud to announce the kick off of Rooster Camp 2026! There are 3 lovely boys (and possibly more) that are chomping at the bit to join Honzík Meadow and Glenn for their lessons on how to be the best roosters ever! This years theme will start with Alvin and the Chipmunks and let us say that Alvin is already a stand out! He is such a bold boy in all the right ways there is definitely a special vibe coming from him.

How will these boys do this year? Since Meadow is their father will they inherit his good looks? Will they all pass rooster camp with flying colors? Which will be your favorite?!?

It is almost time for rooster camp to start as genders are slowly revealing and already we have a stand out! Coming in first this little boy. He is not only curious but brave and very self assured. He is eager to befriend the hand that feeds him. Just about 2 months old and I’m already impressed ❤️❤️❤️
