Imagine four local food concepts, one shared dining hall, and endless reasons to come back.

This rendering offers a glimpse of the future inside 1854 Market Hall. We're planning four full food vendor spaces alongside community gathering areas, artisan shops, and event space—all within the historic Miller Building.

We're now exploring vendor partnerships and would love to connect with chefs, restaurateurs, bakers, and food entrepreneurs interested in being part of the project.

We’re excited to introduce 1854 Market Hall—a new gathering place in the heart of downtown Delaware, coming to life inside our beautifully restored historic building at No. 18 N Sandusky Street.

Rooted in the spirit of community and connection, 1854 Market Hall will bring together a thoughtful mix of local food vendors, artisans, and makers—all under one roof. It’s a place to gather, share a meal, discover something new, and support local.

We are currently seeking passionate food vendors, small businesses, and makers who would like to be part of this unique space.
