According to full moon folklore (see disclaimer below), the 'Seed Moon' carries a profound message of patience, resilience, and the unseen potential of what is yet to come. In an age where urgency and instant gratification dominate, seeds remind us that the most profound changes require time and can occur in unseen spaces—beneath the soil, within the mind, inside the heart.

This year’s Seed Moon is particularly significant as it coincided with a full lunar eclipse—a moment when the moon itself is veiled in shadow before returning to its full brilliance. This temporary darkness mirrors the uncertainty and fear that many feel in this moment. The skies may darken, but the light always returns.

As we sit with the energy of this lunar cycle, we can reflect on the seeds we are planting in our own lives. What needs time to develop? What must be nurtured in the quiet, away from prying eyes until it is safe to emerge?

Embrace the opportunity to pause and acknowledge that even in darkness and dormancy, there is movement. Rest is not stagnation, but an essential phase of transformation.

*Disclaimer: The names given to full moons come from various folkloric. There is limited direct anthropological evidence verifying their historical use. Many of these names have been created and popularized by modern Journalists rather than well documented in historical texts. Additionally, other cultures have their own names and meanings for the full moons, and it is important to respect their right to share their interpretations in their own voices.
