Wishing we could escape this brutal Louisiana heat and trade it for a few summer days in Provence - where the high today was only 86, and the evening temp a cool 67 😍 But since we’re not currently living our best life in the south of France, we’re pretending by living our best life here and digging in to July’s Fête Monthly board which features an Herb de Provence crusted Bellavitano, Lavender Whipped Goat Cheese and a lavender infused honey. 🌿🇫🇷🌞

For May’s Fête Monthly board, members say farewell to spring with one last hoorah as we ease out of this transitional season and into the heat of summer.
🌼🌿🌷🪻🌻🌸
This month’s board is full of delicious spring flavors including fresh herbs, in-season fruits, spring honey, and features this gorgeous alpine cheese coated in edible wildflowers. This board is full of bright and interesting pairings and will allow you to cling to what’s left of spring with every bite. Pairs well with a light summer wine and a sprawling wildflower meadow - if a meadow cannot be found, your back patio will do just fine 😉

You have through the weekend to get your teacher appreciation orders in! There are still a handful of pickup slots available for Wednesday 05/10! We have the following options available:

🍎 The Bite | $10 - a snack sized charcuterie featuring 2 cheeses, 2 meats, fresh fruit, nuts, preserves & a sweet bite
🍎 The Mini | $18 - a lunch sized charcuterie with larger portions of everything included in the bite, plus house-made pickles
🍎 Medium, Large, and XLarge charcuterie boards featuring 4-5 cheeses, 2-3 meats, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, honey and variety of preserves, along with various other accompaniments. Perfect for treating support staff members or placing in the teacher’s lounge!

March’s Fête Monthly Board had us getting a tad bit ahead of ourselves this season and dreaming of tropical summer flavors. Don’t worry - next month we’ll be back to our regularly scheduled spring pairings, but we just couldn’t pass up building this board around an ah-ma-zing Mango and Ginger Stilton we stumbled upon recently!

March’s Board featured:
