Qualifications:
• Knowledge of HACCP plans is a plus but not required.
• Proven experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
