Our team has been hard at work dealcoholizating, blending, adjuncting, and packaging six brand new beverages. Starting next Friday, you’ll start seeing these drop around the Twin Cities.

Join us today for our biggest beverage drop yet. 🍺🍺🍺🍺

Four new non-alcoholic brews are hitting around the metro today, including a barrel aged pastry stout, cranberry crisp lager, THC Mosaic IPA (21+), and Mosaic IPA. All of these beverages are non-alcoholic.

Barrel Aged Pastry Stout was made with 3 year old barrel aged stout with subtle additions of toasted coconut. This is by far the most unique non-alcoholic beverage our team has ever tried, with notes of rich chocolate, vanilla, and coconut. Very limited quantities of this being sold around the metro.

Next up is our first THC Non-Alcoholic Mosaic IPA, brewed in partnership with . Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic T90, and Mosaic Hop oils drive this beer, with additions of h**p derived THC to take things to a higher level. Must be 21+ to purcahse and consume this beverage. Enjoy the fully non-alcoholic version of Mosaic IPA without THC as well.

Finally, Cranberry Crisp, our cool weather non-alcoholic seasonal with assertive levels of cranberry, cinnamon sticks, and maple syrup.

New Summer NA Beers Incoming 🌞

We're excited to announce our second round of non-alcoholic beer releases, Hibiscus Lemon Lager and Light Lager. Brewed for the hottest days of summer, all without the buzz, and in collaboration with .

Hibiscus Lemon Lager is brewed with subtle subtle amounts of hibiscus and lemon, for a light refreshing, pink lemonade like, non-alcoholic beer. Light Lager is it's traditional, flavorful light lager base. Both are perfect for the hot days ahead.

Both of these beverages will hit the market next Friday, so keep an eye out.

Here’s an inside look at our dealcoholization and packaging process for Sea Salt Lime Lager. 🍋‍🟩

Phase one is receiving light lager at our facility. This base beer is made with Hallertau Mittlefruh hops and Pilsner malt, and is perfect for the collaboration lager we’ve designed.

Phase two is the dealcoholization process through our equalizer, where alcohol and aroma compounds are separated, producing two products - one alcoholic seltzer and the other is our non-alcoholic malt beverage.

Phase three is the finishing process where sea salt, lime, and CO2 are introduced, getting the final desired product to completion.

Finally, canning and distribution to our network for breweries and retail partners.
