Winter feeding is always hard! Rain, snow, sleet, ice, wind, or freezing cold, it has to be done! 🌧 ❄️🥶
But…. on the pretty days it also gives an opportunity to interact with the animals which makes them more socialized! We love all of our animals and care for them every day regardless of the weather!
We recently purchased another Hay ring which keeps the hay contained and clean. (not trampled or laid on) It keeps us efficient in our hay feeding and is a definite savings!

Osso Buco…..What is it? 🤔
A new cut that we have recently stocked which is Cross Cut Shanks. (lean cut) Osso Buco is a traditional Italian dish & means hollowed bone which refers to the marrow filled shin bone that the dish is made with. Bone marrow is considered the prize in the stew.
