So I have to give a huge shoutout to my buddy Greg Williams. He made a killer video for Saucy Knights LLC.

While the video does reference bbqs in it. The sauces are good for salad dressings, for sandwiches, I’ve even used a couple for glazing ham and turkey breasts

Alright guys and gals, Im happy to announce that I have the 1st batch of sauces ready to roll out. While its only a small batch, more are in the works as we speak.

Here are the sauces available

8 oz jars - $12

1) Lady Blue (garlic, bacon, blue cheese) -0

2) Duke of BBQ (honey smoked mesquite bbq) - 7 available

3) Sir H.H. Mustard (honey mustard horseradish) - 7 jars

4) Knight of Avocado (avocado, blue agave, pomegranate) - 0 available, but will have in a couple days.

5) Dame La'Ranch (basil, Parmesan, ranch) - 5 available

6) Duchess of Dragons Breath (pineapple, mango, ghost pepper) **sounds hotter than it is ** 0 available

7) Madam Firestorm (mandarin oranges, orange marmalade, ghost pepper, habanero) **sounds hotter than it is ** - 0 available

8.) Lord Spitfire ( sweet sriracha) - 4 available

9) Count Reaper ( cherry pie filling, capsaicin, Trinidad scorpion, and Carolina reaper) ***sounds hotter than it is ** - 1 available

10) Countess Apple (apple pie filling, papaya, coconut, 7 pot primo, 7 pot doughy, Trinidad butch, Trinidad scorpion, Carolina reaper, and ghost pepper) **sounds hotter than it is ** - 3 available

Finally got all the labels I need for Saucy Knights LLC. Things are progressing slowly, but like they always say when it comes to starting a business. It’s a marathon, not a race. I’m excited to get this ball rolling.

So I have some majorly exciting news. As you know I took a leap of faith and rebranded my sauces and launched Saucy Knights LLC. I have continued to run into people who miss the shop, miss the sandwiches, but mostly miss my sauces. So deciding to rebrand and relaunch was a great decision. Since doing so, the brand has been picking up lots of attention and people wanting to place orders.

I have found a local place with a spare kitchen that is going to allow me to use that space to create the sauces. So since I’ll be making them in a commercial kitchen at that point, as soon as my manufacturing license is approved, I’ll be able to not only ship the sauces anywhere I need to, but I can work on getting them inside retail locations.

Hard work is slowly paying off. They say the path to a successful business is riddled with bumps, forks, roadblocks, traffic lights, detours, and setbacks. But IF you have the courage to continue down that path, instead of turning around, you will be able to hold your head up high and know you can meet any challenges head on.
