So, Happy Flames BBQ will not be popping up this weekend.

Our dream of starting a food truck is about so much more than BBQ.

Yes, we want to serve great smoked meats, homemade sides, and food made with heart — but the bigger vision is community.

We want Happy Flames BBQ to become a place where people feel welcome. A place where friends and families can gather, neighbors can meet, and new memories can be made over good food.

One day, our dream is to help create a food truck park where people can spend the day, enjoy local food, meet new people, make friends, and feel connected. We also want to be able to use this business to help those in need whenever we can — because feeding people and bringing people together is what this is really all about.
