tomorrow is our *final* pastry popup at 675 s broadway ste 300! we seriously can’t thank you guys enough for coming week after week. sunday, 4.26, from 10a-1p 🍪
we bootstrapped most of our restaurant build out—this wouldn’t have been possible if not for everyone showing up each week and helping us cover our overhead at a time when there isn’t much other revenue coming in.
so many of you have got to see how things (on the dining room side) have changed week after week and it’s been really special to share a piece of this journey with you all. as of today, the dining room is about 75% complete—just some more paint, lighting installation, plants, patio, and wall decor left on the list. we passed our building and health inspections last week, failed fire (for something super simple! just gotta tag and mount one more extinguisher), and then just still waiting on zoning inspectors to come by. with most of the inspections behind us, we plan to open our doors to you by the end of may.
our market season starts next weekend, and this expanded pastry + retail menu will continue on every saturday at and sundays !
