ny plans to operate a 15bbl (470 gallon) brewhouse and taproom in the Denver area. While downtown Denver, LODO, and RINO areas are somewhat saturated with breweries, we plan to open in an area that could use a great local taproom. We love all beers and don’t discriminate when it comes to styles. We plan to have our flagship IPA, California Common (Steam Beer), Wheat, Hoppy Wheat, Red, Blonde, Stout, and Porter on tap at all times, with specialty beers throughout the year. We also plan to have an open taproom where all customers can get a personal tour and talk to us about beers and brewing. We both love beer and hanging out with friends; therefore, we plan to have an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. We plan to have table games available and social events regularly. Some events include, bingo, trivia, fun runs with discounted beers at the end, live music, sporting event specials, and a happy hour every day. We know that most breweries don’t have a very great happy hour so we plan to make our happy hour available at peak times during the day so we can get a discount to the greatest number of people.
