Think Mexican street corn… but off the cob and in dip form. Fire-roasted corn, jalapeños, cilantro, red onion, queso fresco, sour cream, mayo, and fresh lime. Paired perfectly with our house-fried chips.

Happy Friday! We’ve got a NEW spot tonight and it’s a beautiful day! ☀️

Tonight is our first ever night Colorado Tap House (4-8pm)! We grabbed a last-minute opening and would love to turn this into a more regular stop… so come show some love if you want to see us back!
