FYI don’t put the chlorine cleaning tablets in the toilet tank.
The chlorine ruins the flapper in the tank, distorting it, causing it to let water run down the drain 27/7.

Local Homeowner installed gas water heater, just vented into the basement . Best part was when the homeowners said their HVAC guy said it’s fine as long as you can’t smell gas! 😱
CARBON MONOXIDE CAN KILL YOU, AND IT IS COLORLESS AND ODORLESS!
This why they should not sell gas water heaters at big box stores.🤭

Basement upflush toilet system, made by American company Liberty pump. No drain on the floor? No problem.

Before and after pics of a sump pump, and discharge pipe installation. Old cheap flexible line, leaking all over, new 1 1/2” pvc pipe, run outside and tied into the rain leader pipe.

Found in Denver, installed by a local expensive water treatment company. The metal flue was not long enough to attach properly, they left it like that. CARBON MONOXIDE ANYONE?

Recent install of a hot tap system. Delivers almost boiling water on demand at your sink. I’ve installed a carbon filter before the inlet to take all the bad taste from the public supplied water.

Sink and faucet change out last week. Plain old builders grade stainless steel sink, and a broken 3 year old Lowe’s faucet. Replaced with a Krause egranite sink, Delta Leland pull down faucet.

Ok, those who know me, have heard me warn about buying products from the big box stores. They are poor quality versions of products available elsewhere. This “Moen” shower faucet bought by a customer from Lowe’s leaked right out of the box.

had a slight issue for yrs with my uv light set up then i saw arrow add on f/b so i called tim came very soon after --- fixed my many yr's old issues in just a few minutes ---then saw some issues that are gonna pop up due to age and recommended we fix them soon so tim will be back to address those things so my home water will be safe and up to date ---- very friendly and respectful to our needs ----thanx
I totally love my new kitchen sink, toilet and a new efficient propane hot water heater. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. He was reasonably priced, prompt, neat, knowledgeable just really great to work with. Thank you its been a year and everything it woking perfectly.
