We are a small, family owned business producing Colorado's finest dried meat snacks. We create our biltong by hand cutting the finest premium beef and gently curing it in our secret spice and brine mixture. We then hang the cured meat in our climate controlled drying room until it dries to perfection. We promise you that our grass fed Biltong, Droewors, and roasted Green Chili Beef Sticks are mad

e with certified grass fed hormone free meat. Our regular Biltong and Droewors are made with premium US beef. Our spices and other ingredients are organic, fresh and locally produced, if possible. Our delicious BIltong, Droewors Beef Sticks, Spicy Rasta Style Biltong and Green Chili Beef Sticks are free of gluten, MSG, nitrates, chemical preservatives, and contain no additives or unnatural flavorings.
