You can make the Shortbread cookies 3 ways!
Thumbprints: add 1 tsp almond extract and raspberry jam.
Snowballs (we call these Mexican Wedding Cakes- anyone else?): add about 3/4 c chopped pecans and roll in powdered sugar.
Sprinkles: add sprinkles and a splash of vanilla extract. Otherwise make the mix and bake as directed. I love this mix! ❤️
