How are you guys doing on this beautiful Saturday?!

I think we’re still recovering from the absolutely wonderful and INSANE night we had yesterday! What a night! Thank you to everyone who came out and made it one for the books!

A rich, creamy base of onions, carrots, and cooked-down mushrooms, blended with herbs and finished with additional sliced mushrooms.

Something Noteworthy…

Two days ago, we braised a dozen and a half short ribs and made a pot of rabbit stew. Both were absolutely CRUSHED, so naturally, we had to do it again!

Now the question is… which one is the favorite Cask dish?

I imagine, when waking up on a Saturday, Alana lovingly looks over at Andy and says, “Gee, Andy, what are we gunna do tonight?” And Andy replies, “The same thing we do every night, Alana: TRY TO GIVE SOUTHERN NH THE BEST DAMN DINING EXPERIENCE THEY’VE EVER HAD” and then Alana’s like “Oh, wait a sec, I meant tomorrow night!” and Andy answers “OH, in that case, nothing really” 😂🤌

Happy October New Hampshire!! IT’S OUR SEASON BABY! 🥳🍁🤪🎃🌙🧑‍🩰

Apparently our new Arancini Fireballs have been scaring people away 😂. SO, if you think you can handle the heat, come on down. It might be autumn outside, but with these fireballs, it’ll be summer inside if you know what I mean. 🥵

We’ve also got a new b**r on tap: “Stay In Your Lane,” a Vienna-style l***r. And for everyone who’s been missing it, the “Melt Down” pastrami melt is back on the menu!

Trivia starts at 6:30 on the brewery side, and we’ve got games going all night on the restaurant side! Risk, Clue, cards, cribbage, and more strategy board games for you and your friends, family, frenemies, associates, your contractor - it doesn’t matter - everyone likes playing games! Just grab someone and get playing! 😂

This week’s fall cocktail release is “Pick Your Poison,” our autumn twist on an Old Fashioned. You pick your flavor—apple pie, toasted marshmallow, or blackberry—and we smoke it a little, garnish it a touch, AND THEN BAM - it’s done, delicious, and all yours. 🥃😋

Happy Wednesday, Derryites! 🍂

Wednesdays are when we’ve got the most going on! Alana’s across the street at the farmers market from 3–7, and we start jammin’ with JAM BAND around 6 PM! 🎶

I think Wednesday is also the day Andy decides he’s officially fed up with our nonsense for the week… and today he’s getting a double helping of WTF because it’s the Joanie & Sybil Show ALL NIGHT! 😂

The new seasonal menu has dropped, but instead of flooding your feed with pictures, this is one of those things you’ve just gotta come see—and taste—for yourself!
