Happy Sunday, folks! I want to personally thank everyone who kept telling me to try the jerk chicken at Lull Farm from Island Vibe Kitchen. Well, I finally listened and DAMN, you guys were right!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ricky, his daughter, his mother and the rest of the crew. Ricky, hats off to you, brother. Youā€™re blessed with a beautiful family. And thank you for inviting me into the Island Vibe Kitchen it was an absolute pleasure.

Iā€™ve been to Jamaica and chased down plenty of jerk chicken, and Iā€™m telling you you can get that same flavor and quality right here in Hollis, NH. If you know me, you know I chase BBQ, compete, judge competitions and make some pretty damn good Q myself. This chicken blew me away.

And hereā€™s the kicker: the chicken came straight from Lull Farm. FARM TO FIRE. Quality farm raised meat, prepared right and cooked right. You can taste the difference.

Thatā€™s what Bikes & Bites is about. I donā€™t just take a picture and leave. I dig. I meet the people, shake their hands, get in the kitchen and find out where the food comes from.

I chase quality. And Island Vibe Kitchen just earned a spot in my top tier.

Not just good Q. QUALITY Q.

On this day, August 30, 2004, the motorcycle world lost a true legend Larry Desmedt, better known as Indian Larry.

At 55, Larry went down doing what he loved during a stunt at the Liquid Steel Classic in Charlotte, NC.

A master builder, artist, fearless rider, and true chopper icon, Larry didnā€™t just build bikes he built a legacy. Thousands of bikers showing up for his Brooklyn memorial proved just how deep that legacy ran.

22 years later, the legend still rides. RIP Indian Larry. Keep the shiny side up and the rubber down. šŸ¤˜šŸļø

TODAY I GOT TO MEET FARMER DAVE

Iā€™ve been riding around Hollis, New Hampshire, taking in everything this incredible community has to offer, but today was different.

I had the honor of meeting David Orde Farmer Dave the man behind Lull Farm.

Thank you, Ricky, for making the introduction. Sometimes you walk into a place and see the produce, the animals, the food and everything happening around you. But then you get the chance to meet the person who built it all, and suddenly you see the place a whole different way.

David started building what became Lull Farm back in 1980, starting small and growing it into the incredible operation it is today. What started with an orchard eventually became a massive farm operation, farm stands, animals, produce, bakery goods and a whole lot more.

But hereā€™s what I really love about this storyā€¦

You meet the coolest people when you take a step back for a moment, ask their name, shake their hand and actually listen to their story.

Today I got to shake the hand of the man behind Lull Farm.

Farmer Dave, it was an absolute honor. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to shake hands.

And trust meā€¦ Iā€™ve got A LOT more coming from Lull Farm

The Dr called and said thereā€™s a wedding coming up and said I needed some new threads!

Thank you, Justin, for cleaning me up and getting me into the right riding gear for this occasion. Iā€™m talking about a suit, boysā€¦ not exactly my usual riding gear!

Salwa, from Syria, sized me up after all those great local eats Iā€™ve been enjoying and will be making some alterations to get everything dialed in.

And check it out sheā€™s from Syria! How cool is that?

Totally going off script with a floral tie. Hey, you can put me in a suit, but Iā€™m still gonna keep a little Bikes & Bites in the mix!

The Daily Haul was there! How awesome is that?! This place seriously has everything you could possibly imagine. Iā€™m still absolutely blown away by everything I saw today.

And Melanie, it was so nice to meet you! Hollis is pretty awesome, isnā€™t it?

Trust meā€¦ Iā€™ve got A LOT more coming from today.

So hold on tight, folks the throttle is just idling right now. We havenā€™t even opened it up yet.

Serious question hereā€¦ What doesnā€™t this place have???

Saturdays 10-2 and listen.. You can pre-order as well and this makes it super convenient for me because the farm is where Iā€™ll be grabbing all my groceries.
