Ok, I know we have been quiet for a while, we are going to retool our expectations and start out by doing pop-up events for Taco, Taco, Taco so that we can get some feedback on some of our basics on the menu. We will keep you posted on what we have planned and where we will be located!
I know we started with the idea of a food-truck, but I feel that this approach is more reasonable and can be accomplished.
One thing we are looking for is a partner that has a licensed kitchen that is underutilized and would be willing to work with us as our commissary kitchen. Please reach out if you are interested!
