SINGLE ORIGIN
Honduran Parainema Honey process: Honey and light, sweet chocolate tasting notes. Red fruit aroma. (Variable Roast)

BLEND
Our signature Bon Temps Blend: Hint of fruit with chocolatey and nutty notes. Very clean cup (Medium Roast)

Did you know that our single origin coffee is direct trade only? Meaning it is bought directly from the farm it was grown at. This means that that you dont just get a great cup of coffee but one that it is ethically bought aswell. Not only that, but by purchasing my roasted coffee you are supporting an amazing farm who's owner does alot of help for the community the farm is situated in. Guess who can finally start roasting again?!?! I will start back up the week after Thanksgiving as i will be on vacation. If you would like a bag of the freshest coffee you can get in st charles parish please coment that you are buying some so i know how much green coffee i need to buy. Can't wait! I will have two offerings. A blend ive been working on and a single origin coffee. The blend is $14 and the single origin is $16

Due to unforeseen circumstances i am unable to roast for the time being. There has been a delay in the farm i buy from getting their beans to the us and they won't be back in stock until atleast October. I buy direct trade meaning i buy directly from the farm and have partnered with this farm a buy soley from them for the time being. Its something ive based my coffee roasting on and because of this i can't fill my stock with beans from a supplier. I will be back soon and look forward to roasting again
