M+E's Canned Goods & Things Very small mom & pop canning venture. Est in 2023. All veggies organically grown in my garden My partner & I have been together for 24 years.

We are a very small mom & pop canning venture just starting out trying to make this thing happen. We don't have much yet but I have plenty of time as I only work 1 part time job. We are having to pay for 2 houses right now because my partners father just passed away in December of 2022. We have 3 cats & have lived in the Des Moines area our whole lives. I started growing a very small bucket vegeta

ble garden on the side of our driveway 2 years ago. This year I moved it to my back yard & made it a bit bigger. I started canning my tomatoes & peppers & making & canning tomato sauce & taco sauces. Then I moved my way up to soups & chili. We will be canning Big Matt's baked beans, fresh veggies, fresh fruit, all kinds of sauces. We will also be taking orders. So if don't see something you want we can make it for you. All the canning is done in a Presto pressure canner. All vegetables are organically grown.

I have to get rid of the things I canned last year. If anyone wants anything let me know I'm giving them away for free no one wants to buy my s**t. So I'll give them away like a free sample. I hate to just give my jars away though.
