!!!4 NEW SAUCES ALERT!!!
And 2 restocks!
1. La Flama Blanca (Death by Fire)- a dabble in whether I could get an almost all white sauce. It was a success. White Carolina reapers for the pepper and green grapes, parsnip, shallot, and garlic for the flavor.
2. Cyclone Sauce (Death by Fire)- in the nature of cyclone football and the funnel cloud looking effect on the RB003 peppers that bring this sauce some heat with sweet corn, local honey, and some tasty herbs; this sauce will bring the full force of the o-line from Ames to pack with flavor and heat
3. Frankensauce (Medium) - made with my manually cross between a Purple UFO and a Puma (temporary name - RS UFOxPuma), this sauce brings a lot of flavor to the table with mango, carrot, Roma tomato, and local honey, but with a bit of heat on the backend.
4. Sssmokin’ Brown Jalapeño (mild) - I’m rounding up with saying it’s a new sauce because it’s the same recipe as the previous Sssmokin’ Choc. Scotch Bonnet sauce BUT with brown jalapeños. It is quite mild which is what I was going for. If you like a Smokey bbq sauce with the slightest of any heat on the backend.. this is your sauce!
