Despite his success in the car business, his passion for baking remained unwavering. Driven by this passion, Sebastian transitioned back to the culinary arts, focusing on the art of sourdough bread. He established his own venture, offering the community in Des Plaines and beyond a taste of genuine, handcrafted sourdough loaves.
