Fifteen years in the hospitality industry has taught me one thing:

Talent is everywhere.
But alignment, trust, and real teamwork? That’s rare.

Over the past decade and a half, I’ve had the privilege of learning every side of this industry — from service standards to event logistics to client experience. And because of that journey, I was intentional about building something different.

Today, I lead a powerhouse team of women who are:

• Masters of their craft
• Professional under pressure
• Detail-oriented and guest-focused
• Supportive of one another, not competitive
• Deeply committed to excellence

We don’t just “work events.” We create experiences.

We empower each other. We uplift the business. We move as a unit. And that energy translates directly into how we show up for our clients.

When you hire us, you’re not just getting bartenders or staff — you’re getting a team that treats you and your guests like #1 VIPs from the first greeting to the last call.

Hospitality is not just service. It’s leadership. It’s energy. It’s presence.
And I’m incredibly proud of the women who stand beside me delivering it at the highest level.

Grateful. Focused. Just getting started. 💫
