What do we mean by “locally sourced?” We mean that our ingredients are either grown in our own backyard or grown by the wonderful Michigan farmers who bring produce fresh every Saturday to Eastern Market. If you can’t make it to Eastern Market, they have a mobile produce truck that comes to the BAC every Friday. You can see us AND get your produce in one stop.

On our first market day we spoke to an avid hiker and camper who asked about rehydrating our products on a jetboil. Honestly… we hadn’t tried that method so, this weekend we tested it out. Our pasta primavera turned out great! We want you all to have the best experiences with our products. Have a question, review or idea for testing our products? Drop them in the comments. Back in March I found information on a class run by a small Detroit based collective. What a blessing the Brightmoor Artisans Collective has been. The class— called concept to contract— truly took what was just a dream and grew it into an entire business that was able to launch at our first farmers market yesterday! Thank you to everyone who came out to support Detroit-based entrepreneurs especially my wonderful family and friends! Come back soon and for those who didn’t make it yesterday— come see us on Fridays from 3-6 on Fenkell!
