Pete learned the mysterious ways of chocolate from a chocolatier named Iván Arce while living in the small city of San Cristóbal de las Casas in the southern highlands of Mexico, the original home of chocolate. He brought what he learned back to Detroit, where he has worked on developing and perfecting recipes for a diverse collection of both classic and unique flavors, all of which he is delighte

d to share with you! specializes in hand-rolled chocolate truffles, which are unique in that they are not molded nor coated in hard chocolate, but rather shaped by hand and coated in cocoa powder, nuts, or chocolate shavings, giving them a smooth and delicate texture. Other products include molded and dipped truffles, chocolate bars and artisan hot chocolate.
