Kicking things off with a Cinco De Mayo menu 🇲🇽 Beef Birria and Tofu Chorizo making a grand opening in dumpling form 👏🏽🥟
Beef Birria is giving heat 🥵, smoky 💨, juicy and savory 🤤, everything you want from Birria but in a from scratch wrapper. Tofu Chorizo gives smoky 💨, savory with a little heat and sweetness, wouldn’t even think tofu was the main character 😮‍💨 all paired the perfect sides!

Introducing the new and improved concept of dumplings— Chubz Dumplings & Bakery 🥟🍪
This speaks volumes about the chef and baker I am and aspire to be. Chubz not only highlights dumplings that you all love, but the concept as a whole highlights everything I love when it comes down to Asian cuisine, fusion, cooking, baking, and creativity all in one package. There’s been a lot of restless nights 🫩, reflection 🤔, authenticity, and love that’s been put into this vision.

From rebranding to Dumpies Kitchen not too long ago, it was rushed entirely. I had a deadline set for myself and allowed fear to creep in causing me to procrastinate. Now listen, fear is the death of all ambition and I’m not letting it win this time! 💪🏽 Chubz is a reflection of me ( Zee Riley ), my craft, my interests, and the things I love most in food— and I’m sharing it with the world. I’m talking dumplings 🥟 , empanadas 🥟, spam musubi, onigiri 🍙 , spring rolls, rice, edamame, and a collection of baked goods that will blow your mind 🤯 Don’t just take my word for it though, see for yourself when the menus start dropping 😉
