On January 16th the world celebrates International Hot & Spicy Food Day. This just happens to be one of my favorite flavors, actually the hotter, the better.

At last night's event everyone said my Detroit Jerk "Eb's Favorite" Marinade was too spicy. I guess that means it times to create mild version, lol. What's your favorite way to enjoy hot and spicy food? Is there a specific cuisine, food? For me, hot & spicy anything. Wings, Thai, Indian, you get the picture.
