Hours are generally, Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. The temperature and humidity normally make it too hot to pick after 11 a.m. Grass is usually wet in the morning due to normally heavy dew. Insects are usually not a problem but due to the heavy rain this year, the mosquito population is heavier than normal. Sometimes gnats are bothersome. Here and there you may encounter a fire ant mound. So watch where you stand. We have a few variety of bushes that ripen at different times. Some visits may have more berries than other visits.
