If you follow this page, our personal pages or know us locally, you know that we've been on calf watch since mid-December. 2025 has turned the tide, producing two calves in the past several weeks. Ester had a little bull calf on New Year's Day, or the Scottish holiday of Hogmanay. Nine days later Clara produced a little heifer. We've been waiting to insure both were healthy and the mommas weren't stressed before we made this announcement.

I know that several of you are sitting in your driveway, car engine running, just waiting for the news that a new calf has been born.. WELL... We're still not quite as patiently await the arrival of a calf... still waiting!
