This was a fun week!

Last Friday I was honored to be asked to participate in the judging of foods entered by the 4-H kids at the Ingham County Fair. It was a special day talking with the kids, ages 8 - 18 years old, about their entries. These kids were exceptional! - they told me how they made chocolate from cocoa/cacao beans and converted recipes so family members would have a healthier choice! Let me tell you I would be afraid to go up against any of these talented bakers in a contest!!

On Wednesday I was able to bid during the Ingham County 4-H Still Life Auction. The 4H kids had to create a project with an A ranking and make a Market Plan for selling. Again, the amount of talent these young kids showed was fantastic. I now own a large purple octopus crocheted by AF from the Sandhill 4-H Club!!💜💜

Thank you to everyone involved in the 4-H clubs for this experience!

Join Marie's Creative Cookies for a Christmas in July Cookie Decorating Class!!

🌴We’ll decorate 6 fun, summer inspired designs with a festive twist.
🍦All materials are provided - mixed icing, baked cookies , box to take home.
🌴No experience needed! This is a great beginners class for ages 10 years and above.

🌴Class is Saturday, July 18th, 11:00am
