So one of my favorite pairing is sparkling wine champagne, cava, Prosecco, whatever you like as long as it is semi dry, and popcorn! The bubbles and salt of popcorn really complement each other! Try it sometime, I bet it will be one of your favorites too!

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I began my journey at the Hubbell House at just 18 years old, working there for a decade as a server and bartender. My passion for wine blossomed during my 17 years at Michael's, where I was inspired by Charles Pappas.
I then spent a fulfilling 10 years at Somerby as a server and wine sommelier, earning my first two wine certifications in 2013. I had the pleasure of managing the wine club and organizing trips to renowned wine regions like Willamette Valley, Sonoma, and Napa Valley, alongside hosting numerous wine dinners and tastings.
My career continued at The Dodge Country Club, where I conducted wine tastings and achieved my Level 3 Sommelier certification. After returning to the Hubbell House for another two years as a host and wine sommelier, I recently retired. Now, I'm excited to dedicate my time to what I love most: hosting parties and helping you pair exquisite wines with your favorite dishes.
