More of the Northend Tour

A couple of weeks ago I did a cooking lesson with some old and dear friends of mine from Southie. It was a blast!!! There is nothing like the friends you had when you were a teenager.
The menu we did
Pineapple Ginger Sangria
Salad: Cucumber melon salad w/ San Danielle Prosciutto and Speck
First serving: Zucchini ricotta gnocchi w/ roasted red pepper sauce
Second serving: Sicilian sweet steak (tomato marsala marinade w/ a kiss of cinnamon) w/ lemon herb roasted fingerling potatoes
Dessert: Chocolate lava cake w/ basil gelato and pine nut pancetta crocante (Pine nut pancetta brittle)

Getting ready to do several more Culinary Walking Tours of the Northend this coming summer. If anyone is interested in doing a tour with a group of friends please contact me. As of right now we have one open spot for a 2pm tour. Its $45 per person (no food, just wine) or $60 w food samples and wine.
