So, how do we actually decaffeinate our coffee?
We use three different processes: Swiss Water, Mountain Water, and Sugar Cane.

Different coffees call for different approaches, but the idea stays the same: remove the caffeine while keeping the character of the coffee intact.

It takes water, naturally derived compounds, and time - not a shortcut.
