Some days, running a business feels extremely overwhelming...

There are goats to milk, orders to fill, products to make, markets to attend, and two little boys who need their mama. The days are long, the nights are often longer, and there are plenty of moments when I wonder if I'm doing enough.

But this business was built for them.

I pour into Mt. Moriah Farms because I want to create something meaningful while still being present for the moments that matter most. The scraped knees, the bedtime stories, the farm adventures, the "Mama, watch this!" moments that go by far too quickly.

When you purchase a bar of soap, a lotion, or any of our products, you're not supporting a big company. You're supporting a mother raising her boys, teaching them the value of hard work, and showing them that dreams are worth chasing.

Every order helps me spend more time doing what I love while still being the mom I want to be.

Who’s Who Wednesday… Meet Luna! 🐐

Luna is a very special girl around here. Her pedigree traces back to some of the very first goats I started with when I began raising Nigerian Dwarfs in 2013.

Over the years, Luna has been an incredible mama, blessing us with several sets of quads and raising them with ease. She has the sweetest, most easygoing personality and is always happy to soak up a little gentle attention and affection.

Motherhood seems to be her favorite job, and she truly thrives when she has babies by her side. Because of the history behind her pedigree and the role she's played in our herd, Luna will always hold a special place in my heart.

What folks don’t see:
• late-night labeling
• hand milking goats every day -rain or shine
• toddlers helping “organize” inventory 😂
• recipe testing
• dishes… so many dishes
• loading orders with babies in tow
• and lots of learning as we go

Sometimes I still can’t believe this all started with one little bottle baby goat.

What began as a love for caring for animals slowly turned into handcrafted skincare made from the milk of goats we raise right here on our farm. Every bar of soap, lotion, and balm has a story behind it… early mornings, muddy boots, milk buckets, babies on hips, and lots of prayers in between.

When you support Mt. Moriah Farms, you’re supporting a real family, real animals, and a dream we’ve built one small step at a time. And for that, we’ll never stop being thankful. 🤍

✨ Who’s Who Wednesday...Meet Cocoa! 🤎🐐

Cocoa is one of the sweetest girls on the farm. She has such a calm, loving personality and is hands down one of my absolute favorite Does to milk. She’s patient, gentle, and just has that easygoing nature that makes chore time a little sweeter.

When my boys get older and start milking alongside me every day, Cocoa will definitely be the one they will start on first. She’s the kind of goat that makes people fall in love with dairy goats. 🤍
