Happy Wellness Wednesday! I’m Louise the Life Coach, founder of I Got The Juice 4Life and 360 Insurance Broker.

I’m so excited to welcome you to Wellness Wednesdays with Louise! This is a place where we’ll come together to talk about total wellness—fitness, nutrition, healthy habits, preventive care, insurance education, and so much more.

Today’s wellness tip is simple: Don’t try to change everything at once. Focus on one healthy choice today. Maybe it’s drinking more water, taking a 20-minute walk, eating an extra serving of vegetables, or finally scheduling that checkup you’ve been putting off. Small, consistent steps lead to lasting results.

This is just the beginning! Stay tuned because in August, we’ll officially launch Wellness Wednesdays with Louise, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.

Remember, I’m here to help you bridge the gap from where you are in life to where you want to be. Helping you live well today while building for tomorrow.

Until next time…stay happy, stay healthy, stay hydrated!”
