Does this new pressing table make my cheese vat look small? 😅. Finally able to install equipment from the 2025 RFSI value added producers grant we got last year! This beautiful pressing table was one of the final pieces to arrive! Bring on 2026 💪 only 3 more weeks till kidding. Might have to buy in some Eden Farm milk to be able to play with my new toys ❤️❤️Eden Farm

Malai curry anyone? This Saturday we will be back at the Orono market with our aged and fresh goat cheese as well as goat meat! We will have recipes available that we enjoy. Goat meat can be wonderfully delicate and more mild than lamb. Treat your Valentine with something special! ❤️❤️

Hats (t**s?) off to this girl who is over 325 days in milk and is still cranking out 1/2 a gallon. We love you DD. Next step, chewing with your mouth closed 🤦‍♀️ so much spilled grain. DD is in an extended lactation which means she was not bred back this year and we aim to milk her for 300 more days! Extended lactation is special to goats! Cows and sheep need to be bred back to keep milking
