•••Along with wheat flour, sugar is packed full of refined carbohydrates (Ewww 😷) that have been correlated to the major cause of inflammation in the body. In retrospect; plant-based foods and keto-friendly options like olive oil, avocado oil, nuts, and fatty fish all aid in the fight against inflammation. I would always recommend using grass-fed butter when making any keto recipes, as it has been proven to have a much higher concentration of omega-3 fatty acids compared to other products/butter.•••
