We fed 53 people in Conroe Friday night! 25 were steaks 🥩

We SOLD OUT in Coldspring tonight (70 steaks in 3 hrs)!!! Praise God!!!!!
I had to turn people away 🥲😢

Well guys! I was going to open the food trailer at Shifter’s tonight. I went in to get ready and realized that my prep table was off, breaker was tripped. I had to throw away about $600 worth of food 😢😢 this hurt 😢
I’m so sorry, but I will do my absolute best to be able to open tomorrow at Shifter’s.. be back after I sell a kidney 🤣🤣

Shepherd High School had us cater the Senior/Senior Breakfast this morning! What an honor to be able to do this for our community and graduating class. My youngest son finished his last day of his junior year today, and he recruited his friends to come help me serve the buffet. They did a great job! They served 200 people and it went amazingly! Thanks guys!!!
A huge “thanks” to Shepherd ISD for giving us this opportunity.
