Our Spring Members have been hard at work tending, watering and up-potting our Plenty Farms plants with so much love! We use only our own compost (no chemical fertilizers) which we believe makes our starts uniquely able to adapt to home gardens. Pre-order from our selection of unique and heirloom varieties you won’t find elsewhere!
Pick up dates will be May 9th & 10th from 9am to 11am.

📣Come take a tour with village herbalist and learn to identify common garden herbs and “weeds” you can prepare for medicinal use.

Come join us tomorrow evening at Dark Heart Coffee Bar for an evening Sip n Shop supporting local artists!

We will be selling our Plenty Harlic Herb Sea Salts, and Sarah will be there with hand carved block prints for sale. Dark Heart will be offering wine and charcuterie, and there will be local pottery, locally made wreaths and more!

It was a great day of teamwork with our CSA crew! Our gardens continue to amaze us with an overflowing bounty.

It was a wonderful season again for garlic. Our harvest will take a few weeks to cure before we begin distributing it to our members. But before we do, we will select the best heads - enough of each type (soft neck and hard neck) for re-planting next years crop this fall. The ever-generous garlic cycle continues!

We love using the medicinal plants that we have growing in our gardens. This week we made motherwort tincture! Motherwort is a calmative and nervine herb which has been used for ages as an herb to soothe anxiety. It supports heart health, and is helpful to alleviate certain issues (like hot flashes) during menopause and help with menstrual cramps.
We are so grateful to have our village herbalist Chrystal here to teach us how to prepare and utilize this wonderful plant!

3 adorable doelings and 1 handsome (all black) wether are looking for their new forever families.
Born April 18th and 21st, 2023, are Dam raised and will be ready the second week of July.
All are disbudded, handled everyday and very friendly.
Doelings are ADGA registrable and come from good milking and show lines.

A wonderful addition to your homestead!
